Seattle  Commercial tenants must continue making rent payments, to the extent they  can, and those struggling should work with their landlords on payment  plans.

In Seattle, Mayor Durkan issued a Moratorium on Evictions and the Seattle City Council issued an Ordinance on commercial leases. The Ordinance affirms everything in the Moratorium and adds specific additional requirements. See the details in THIS DOCUMENT in section (3).
